Andrew Wyeth passed away recently; one of the last icons of American realists of the mid-twentieth century. His Helga paintings drew attention for the artist's relationship with his subject during the 70s and 80s.
Christina's World is perhaps the most widely known work to Americans and this photograph is a tribute to his memory (without Christina).
